Ingredients
- 1 oz goat cheese
- 1 tsp thyme, chopped
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 3 slices, french bread
- 1/4 C Red Pepper Coulis (see below)

Preparation
Step 1
Put roasted red pepper and garlic, salt and pepper in food processor to make Coulis.
Pour Coulis in shallow individual baking dish or ramekin. Place goat cheese in the center and sprinkle thyme over it. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is warm and sauce is hot.
Serve with french bread.
