- 2-3 cups stuffing
- Seasoned cubes
- Celery 1/2 cup
- Parsley 1/4 cup
- Onion 1/2 cup
- Garlic
- Egg
- Chicken broth
- Salt/pepper
- Bacon
- Paprika

Step 1
Boil liver and neck 45 minutes, 1 hour. Cool it. Chop up. Salt and pepper inside/outside. Couple tbsp. of butter melted pour on top. Before oven to 375 – 400 to ½ hour/pound. Lid on. Last ½ hour crank up temperature to 25 degree with lid off to brown with drippings: take off fat if a lot. Cube of chicken bullion if needs it or half too salty. Boil down for 20 minutes to ¼ inch or ½ inch in pan- taste. Potato water ¾ cup. Add giblets. 1 tbsp. flour dilute in couple tbsp. water – liquid paste- add more water to milky. Add to gravy until thick.
