Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 1 - 12 oz pkg chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup smooth peanut butter (i used 1 cup)
  • 6 cups crispy rice ceral (rice chex better)

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a large pan. Add ceral. Spread on cookie sheet and cool. Break up ceral mixture into small pieces. Soften ice cream, fold in all but 1 cup of ceral mix and spread in a 10 inch spring form pan. Use remaining 1 cup ceral mixture to make decorative topping. Then freeze, garnish with whipped cream & strawberries if desired.
