Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 4 skinned, boned chicken breasts halves
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes, peeled, chopped
- 3 tbsp. sliced ripe olives
- 2 tbsp. capers
- 2 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese

Step 1
Combine flour and oregano in a shallow dish; dredge chicken breasts in flour mixture. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add chicken breasts, cook 10 minutes, turning once. Add wine and broth; simmer 10-15 minutes. Add tomatoes, olives, and capers; cook until thoroughly heated. Spoon into serving dish; sprinkle with feta cheese.
