Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1/3 cup onion
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 1/4 chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 chopped carrots
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (more if needed)
- 8 ounce tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
Sautéed onion, garlic, tomatoes, and carrots in olive oil. Add rice and continue to sautéed until almost roasted. Once roasted add a little bit of tomato sauce and chicken broth. Let simmer in low to medium heat until done.
