Ingredients
- 1 yellow super moist cake mix
- 2 packs 3.4 oz instant pistachio pudding
- 1 12/ cups water
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 drops green food coloring
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachio nuts
- Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter softened
- 2 to 3 tablespoons milk

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
in a large bowl , combine cake mix, pudding mixes, water , eggs, oil and food coloring, beat on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Add pistachio nuts.
Pour into greased bundts. Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack. Cool completely.
In small bowl combine glaze ingredients, adding enough milk to reach desired consistency. Drizzle over cake. Or dust with powdered sugar.
