Ingredients
- 1 C. scallops
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley chopped
- 1/8 tsp. Rosemary
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Sauté scallops in butter on high only a moment. Sauté garlic, tomato, onion and parsley in olive oil. Not quite tender. Put scallops in baking dish, pour mixture over. Cover. Bake at 400 degree for 7 – 10 minutes.
