Ingredients
- For Step 1:
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cake of yeast (dissolved in milk)
- 1 cup warm milk
- 4 egg yolks
- For part 2:
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 cube soft butter

Preparation
Step 1
1. Roll out dough
to roll out the dough, roll the dough into a rectangle, and the spread with butter mix (i.e. ingredients from step 2)
2. Fold in thirds, repeat, and fold in thirds again.
3. Refrigerate and repeat steps 1 & 2 two more times.
3. Cut out desired shapes and fill with apricot jam or walnuts as desired and sugar to taste.
4. roll filling into dough.
