  • 11/2 cups butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar, Then add eggs. Mix until incorporated. In a seperate bowl mix all dry ingredients together and mix into wet ingredients. Put into a pastry bag and form 2" bars on a greased cookie sheets. You can also make other shapes such as rosettes or stars. Put together with raspberry jam and sprinkle with powdered sugar or dip in melted chocolate and roll in sprinkles.
