  • 1 (12.7-ounce) jar H-E-B Harvest Moon Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
  • 5 ounce manchego cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 2 cup crushed corn chips

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a deep-dish pie pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.


Combine artichokes, manchego cheese, parmesan cheese, onions, tomato and chips in a large bowl. Press mixture into prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden
