Ingredients
- 2 onions, chopped
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 4 celery stalks, sliced
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup rice
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon
- 2 zucchini, sliced
- 3 tbs tomato puree
- 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- dash of garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
Place the onions, carrots, celery and tomatoes in a pot with our quarts of water and bring to a boil. Add the rice an bouillon. Simmer for an hour. Add the rest of the ingredients, salt and pepper to taste ad a dash of garlic powder. Cook for 15 minutes.
