- 2-4 Frozen chicken breasts
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1/2 C. Chicken broth
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- chopped celery
- 1 Tablespoon Apricot Jam
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1/4 C Milk

Step 1
Heat butter and olive oil, add garlic, broth, celery and chicken breasts; cover and cook on med low heat for 10 minutes; turn over, push chicken aside and stir in apricot jam, cover and cook for 15 more minutes; place chicken on plate, strain liquid and discard solids and pour liquid back into pan; in a small covered container mix together flour and milk until no lumps remain and add to liquid in pan; turn up heat to med hi and cook, stirring constantly until thickened; slice chicken and return to pan; cover to reheat with heat on low.
