Bacon and Tomato Pasta

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces pasta
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli flowerets
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans diced Tomatoes Roasted Garlic & Onion, drained
  • 1 (6 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 (2.1 ounce) package ready-to-serve bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

•Cook pasta according to package directions. In a saucepan boil water and add broccoli; cook 3 minutes or to desired tenderness. Drain well.

•In a microwave safe container combine Alfredo sauce, bacon and diced tomatoes with roasted garlic & garlic; cook on high for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Toss pasta and sauce together. Season with black pepper.
