- 2 Packages of Honey Graham crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1 14 ox package of flaked coconut
- 2 large Hershey bars + 2 regular Hershey bars

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Add crushed crackers, brown sugar and melted butter in a large bowl. Pour mixture into a large jelly roll pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
While crust bakes, mix coconut and sweetened condensed milk in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Remove pan from oven an allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Add coconut mixture, one dollop at a time and carefully spread over the crust. Be very careful not to tear the crust.
Bake this layer for 15 minutes. While it bakes break up the chocolate bars and place in a microwave safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave chocolate on medium for 4 -4 1/2 minutes. **Tip - Place in microwave when the last layer has been in for 11 minutes. It will then be ready to pour when it comes out of the oven.
Remove pan from the oven and pour chocolate over the bars. With a spatula.
Allow to cool for at least an hour. Once cooled, cut into bars and serve.
