Fresh Vegetable Minestrone

Ingredients
- 1 box Hamburger Helper® cheesy Italian shells
- 1 carton (32 oz) chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 can (15 or 15.5 oz) great northern beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with Italian-style herbs, undrained
- 1 medium zucchini, cut in half lengthwise, then cut crosswise into 1/4-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon sliced fresh basil leaves

Preparation
Step 1
1 In 4-quart Dutch oven, mix uncooked pasta and sauce mix (from Hamburger Helper box), the broth, water and carrots. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2 Stir in beans, tomatoes and zucchini. Cover; cook about 10 minutes longer, stirring occasionally, until pasta and vegetables are tender.
3 Ladle into bowls. Sprinkle with cheese and basil.
