Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 medium onions finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 six-ounce can tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup beef stock
  • 1/2 cup worcester sauce
  • 1 tsp dry mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil on high heat. Add garlic and onion. Cook 3-4 minutes. DO NOT LET ONIONS AND GARLIC BROWN.

Mix tomato paste and vinegar together. Add to skillet.

Stir in remainder of ingredients. Simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes on low heat.

Let cool before serving.
