Ingredients
- 6 oz. white chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temp
- 4 Tbs(1/2 stick) butter, room temp
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate on low heat 4 minutes
Stir constantly.
Remove from heat.
Cool.

In Mixer
Cream Cheese & butter
Low speed 30 seconds
till blended
ADD white chocolate and mix
30 seconds more.
Add sugar and vanilla
Beat till fluffy
About 1 minute more.
Frost the cake and chill.
