SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS**

Ingredients
- meatballs:
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 slices bread
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- sauce:
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 minced clove galic
- 1 lb. stewed tomatoes
- 6 oz. tomato past
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. sherry
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash HP sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Make the meatballs and cook in the olive oil. Remove and set aside for putting in the sauce.
Make the sauce. Fry garlic and onions first then add the rest of the ingredients.
Place meatballs in sauce, cover and simmer for 1 hr.
Cook 1 lb. spaghetti while sauce simmers.
Serve with parmesan cheese
