squares of 200 gram 64% dark Chocolate
cup of butter
cup of powdered sugar
cup of flour
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a double boiler slowly melt your chocate, add in your butter. Take out and cool. Beat egg yoke and mix with sugar. Beat egg whites and add to sugar (mixes better this way). Add egg mixture to warm chocolate mixture. Slowly add flour to mixture. Fill cupcake molds half way with mixture and place a square of chocalate in the middle. Add the rest of mixture. Cook 7 to 10 mins.
