Ingredients
- 2 C flour
- 1 C sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 C milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 C pecans (good with almonds too)
- 1 egg

Preparation
Step 1
Sift flour and baking powder twice.
Mix all dry ingredients. Fold in milk and beaten egg.
Stand 25 minutes.
Cook for 45 minutes in 350 °F
