  • 1 bag frozen Rhodes dinner rolls
  • Carmel
  • 2/3 cup brown surgar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 heavy whipping cream
  • Assembly
  • 3/4 cup pecans
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw rolls when they are soft tear in half

For Carmel in small saucepan bring to a boil brown sugar, butter, and cream

Pour half of Carmel in bottom of greased tub pan sprinkle half of the pecans

tear balls in half

In a shallow bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon
Place melted butter in another bowl
Roll balls in butter and then in sugar

Place half the ball in the tub pan spoon remaining Carmel and pecans on top. Then place the remaining balls on top.
Cover let rise about until double or more
