Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Salt
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 7 cups flour
  • 1 quart cream
  • 1 quart milk
  • water (if necessary)
  • 1 cube butter
  • 4 slices bread (in chunks)

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes with salt. Beat eggs and add flour and 1 cup water to flour and eggs. Mix until stiff. Let potatoes cook about 1/2 done. Take dough & work in flour roll in a log shape, cut off pieces and put in potatoes. Mixture, cook about 15 mins and drain when done, add cream and milk with potatoes add water if nessecary. *In small sauce pan melt butter and add bread chunks & stir till har cooked.
