Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb bacon, cooked, crumbled, divided
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 8 oz kg cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italan seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (or to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups chopped seeded tomatoes
  • 1/2 -1 cup shredded iceburg lettuce

Preparation

Step 1


Preheat oven to 350 F
Spray 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with non-stick spray

Set aside 3/4 cup of bacon

In large bowl combine remaining bacon, cream cheese, shredded cheeses, sour cream, mayonnaise Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper and mustard

Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake 25 -30 min until hot and bubbly.
Sprinkle chopped tomatoes, remaining 3/4 cup bacon and lettuce over the dip
Serve immediately with toasted bread rounds
