Ingredients

  • c. flour

  • 3

    tsp. baking powder

  • 1

    tblsp. sugar

  • ¼

    tsp. salt

  • c. milk

  • 1

    egg

  • 2

    tblsp. oil

Directions

Put flour, baking powder,sugar and salt in bowl. add milk and egg and oil. ( I add blueberries) Heat griddle, put scoop of pancake mix on and turn when bubbles form on surface. cook a little longer and then ENJOY!
