Ingredients

  • 1

    lb ground chuck

  • ¼

    lb ground pork

  • 2

    slices bread

  • ¾

    cup milk

  • 1

    egg, unbeaten

  • 1-¼

    tsp salt

  • ¼

    tsp pepper

  • ¼

    cup ketchup

  • ¼

    cup minced onion

  • 1

    can tomato soup

  • Celery salt

Directions

Cut crusts from bread. Pour 3/4 cup milk over whole slices of bread and let soak until other mixture is ready. Mix meat, onion, ketchup, bread, eggs, salt, pepper, and celery salt. Make into loaf. Pour soup over top. Bake uncovered for about 20-30 min at 400 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook covered for about 1 hour or until done.
