Step 1
For chili glaze mix 1/2 c steak sauce, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 1/2 tsp chili powder and 1/2 tsp cumin. Then add 3 tbsp butter. Afetr making glaze melt in butter and mix and use as sauce for any kind of steak, receipe called for T bone or Porterhouse.
