Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup oleo or butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small package instant pudding (vanilla pudding with chocolate chips or butterscotch pudding with butterscotch chips)
  • 12 oz. chocolate or butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Mix all ingredients together. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-13 minutes. Cool and serve.
