WINNING CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter, melted
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 package (102 grams) vanilla instant pudding mix
• 1 tbsp milk
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 cups milk chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Line rimless baking sheets with parchment paper or grease: set aside.

In Large bowl, mix together butter and sugars. Stir in pudding mix and milk: stir in eggs and vanilla.

In separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and baking soda: stir into butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop by heaping 1 tbsp about 2 inches apart, onto prepared pans. Bake in centre of 350F oven until edges are golden, about 12 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes on baking sheet. Transfer to rack; let cool completely.
