Step 1
WHISK TOGETHER OLIVE OIL, LEMON JUICE, HONEY, SALT AND PEPPER IN SMALL BOWL. TOSS SPINACH AND PEAR WITH DRESSING IN SMALL BOWL. DIVIDE BETWEEN TWO PLATES AND TOP WITH EQUAL PORTIONS OF BLUE CHEESE, DRIED CRANBERRIES AND NUTS.
