Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 can (8 pack) flaky layer biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Brown and drain sausage. Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray. Divide each biscuit into three layers. Press into muffin tins. Beat eggs and add cheese and sausage. Spoon over biscuits in muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until done.

Makes 24 muffins
