Ingredients

  • for 9" pie pan
  • beat slightly 3 eggs
  • add 3 tbsp milk
  • mix and stir in 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Mix in 4 cups cup-up rhubarb
  • for 8" pie pan
  • beat slightly 2 eggs
  • add 2 tbsp milk
  • mix and stir in 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • mix in 3 cups rhubarb

Preparation

Step 1

Make pastry for two-crust pie of desired.
Pour ingredients into pastry-lined pie pan
Dot with 1 Tbsp butter for 9 in and 2 tsp for 8 in
Bake at 400 degrees until nicely browned for 50 - 60 minutes.
