Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup honey (homemade fireweed honey if possible)
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups wheat germ
- 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup dry milk
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut (flaked or shredded)
- 7 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup in-husk sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 cup bran
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice

Step 1
In a saucepan combine the honey, oil, water, and vanilla and stir over low heat until blended. In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients. Add the honey mixture and mix well. Pour into a greased baking pan. Bake in a 250 degree oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
