Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 2 c. fudge cake mix
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 1 (5 3/4oz.) pkg. fluffy white frosting mix
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 1/2 tsp. green or red food coloring

Preparation

Step 1

Melt margarine. Add cake mix and egg and stir. Pat into 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool. Prepare filling and fill shell in pie pan. Cool 4 hours before serving.
