Ingredients
- Basic Bar Cookie Dough:
- 1 (15-oz) box white cake mix
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 (3-oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- Topping
- 2/3 cup raspberry jam
- 1 cup walnut pieces, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Line 9x13 pan with release foil and spray with Pam.
1. Prepare Bar Cookie Dough by combining all ingredients and mixing for about 2 minutes, stopping to scrape the sides halfway through.Press dough into the bottom of the prepared pan. Drop spoonfuls of jam over the surface of the dough. In a small bowl, combine walnuts, sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over jam and dough.
2. Bake 18 to 23 minutes, until golden brown at edges and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs attached.
3. Let cool on a rack. Cut into triangles. Makes 60.
