Ingredients
- 1 lb pecan halves
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinammon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp water

Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg white and water until frothy, but not stiff. Mix nuts into whites until coated.
Mix sugar, cinammon an salt. Add mixture to pecans and mix until coated.
Spread on sprayed cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Spread on wax paper to cool.
