Camp out Casserole

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb bacon
• 1 lb hambuger
• 1 large onion
• 1 15oz con pork and beans
• 2 16 oz cans diced tomatoes
• Cornbread topping
• 1/2 cup yellow corn meal
• 1/2 cop all purpose flour
• 2 Tbp sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 egg beaten
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 Tbs melted butter
• 1 4oz can green chiles drained

Step 1

Fry bacon drain add crumbled ground beef and onion brown and drain. Stir in beans, tomatoes and season to taste bring to a boil reduce heat simmer 45 min. grease upper edge of 2 qt casseroll dish. spoon in mixture. Combined all ingrediente, mix tell smooth pour over meat mixture Bake at 425 for 25 to 30 min.
