Peanut Butter Crunch

Ingredients

• Mix:
• 1/2 c br, sugar
• 1/2 c corn syrup
• Boil slowly to dissolve
• Add:
• 1 c Peanut Butter
• 1 t vanilla
• 2 c corn flakes
• 1 c rice krispies
• Place in buttered pan.
• Icing:
• 1 c brown sugar
• 6 T cream
• 2 T butter
• 1 1/2 c icing sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Icing:
Bring br. sugar, cream & butter to boil in pan. Boil for 1 min. Remove from heat and add icing sugar. Beat well and then spread over base.
