Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk, label removed
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 2 large (or 3 medium) bananas, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup shaved (or chopped) semi or bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 10" graham cracker pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Cook condensed milk (without label)in saucepan for 2.5 hours. Keep covered in water; will have to add water. Remove can of milk and let cool until warm. Place milk (will be caramel colored) in pie crust and spread. Cover with sliced bananas. Add sugar and vanilla to heavy cream. Whip with mixer until peaks form. Place whipped topping over bananas. Sprinkle with chocolate.
