Ingredients
- 10 large shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 2 medium-sized zucchini, washed and chopped
- 1 to 2 cups snow peas, washed
- 1 - 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- a squeeze of lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- soy sauce if desired
- red pepper flakes if desired

10 Simple Stir-Fries Ready in a Snap
Warm your pan over medium-high heat. Once your pan is hot, add a touch of olive oil and salt to it. Toss in your chopped zucchini and let it brown, stirring and flipping the zucchini with a wood spoon once it's gotten some color. Set your cooked zucchini into a bowl, then add your snow peas to the pan. Cook them until they've reached your desired texture
Turn off the stove and remove your pan from heat. Toss your raw shrimp into the pan, cover the pan with a lid, and let your shrimp cook for 7-12 minutes, or until the shrimp is fully opaque.
