Ingredients
- CONES:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, softened
- 1 lg egg, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- WHIPPED CREAM FILLING:
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
CONES:
In a medium-sized bowl, cream the sugar with the butter. Beat in the egg until the mixture is light. Beat in the milk and flour until blended and smooth. Let stand 30 minutes.
Preheat a Norwegian Krumkake iron and coat with cooking spray. Once the cone batter has rested for 30 minutes, spoon 1 teaspoonful of the batter onto the center of the iron. Close the iron and cook for 15 seconds until the cookie is golden brown. Remove and quickly turn into a cone shape. Place upright in a stemmed wine glass or a sunday dish to retain the cone shape while the cookie cools. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
WHIPPED CREAM FILLING:
For the filling, whip the cream until stiff and add the powdered sugar. When the cones are cool, fill them with Whipped Cream Filling just before serving.
