Ingredients
- 24 thin slices soppressata
- 1 small shredded head of radicchio
- 5 stemmed, seeded, chopped peperoncini
- 2 oz goat cheese
- 1 t red wine vinegar
- 1 t olive oil
- 3 T toasted pine nuts

Preparation
Step 1
In bowl, combine all ingredients except soppressata
On work surface mound some radicchio salad on soppressata slices and roll up into a cone.
Secure with toothpick & serve
