Ingredients
- Toppings:
- Linguine pasta , dry - 8 Ounce
- Broccoli florets - 3 cup
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Vinegar , rice - 6 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce , low sodium - 3 tablespoon
- Sesame Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sweet red chili Sauce - 1/2 tablespoon
- Green Onion - 3stalk
- Sesame Seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Serve With:
- Cherries : 2 Cup

Preparation
Step 1
Cook Pasta to all dente according to the package instructions : drain , reserving the liquid
Cut broccoli into the bite sized pieces and mince garlic
Bring the pasta water back to boil , then add the broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes until bright green in colour . Drain water out and cool down broccoli with ice water. Add pasta back to the pot and set aside.
Place a small saucepan over medium high heat. Add olive oil and allow to heat for 1 minute.
Stir in garlic , sugar , vinegar , soy sauce , sesame oil , and chilli sauce. bring to a boil , stirring constantly until sugar dissolves.
Pour sauce over linguine and broccoli , toss to coat , then place over medium and cook until heated through.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds . Serve with cherries on the side.
