Ingredients
- 3 cups of cooked chicken, chopped
- 3 boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup celery, finely diced
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup of sweet pickle relish
- 2 Tbsp dill pickle relish
- 1/2 teaspoon of poultry seasoning
- Salt & pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In a suitable sized bowl, whisk together the mustard, mayonnaise, pickle relish, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken, eggs, and celery and toss. Chill for several hours so flavors can meld together.
