Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pounds ground beef 90% lean
- 1 large onion
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cans Brooks Chili Hot Beans with gravy (or 1 large can)
- 1 can Bush's Seasoned Black Beans, not drained
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 cans diced or stewed tomatoes (extra spicy & hot-make 1 can Rotel original)
- 1 small green pepper, cored, ribs removed and diced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 T. chili powder
- Tabasco sauce
- Your choice of shredded cheese

Step 1
Brown ground beef with onion & garlic until no longer pink. Add all 3 cans of beans, tomato soup, tomatoes, green pepper, salt, pepper & chili powder. Add Tabasco sauce to your liking. Simmer for 20-30 minutes. Serve hot and top with cheese.
