Ingredients
- 1/2cup1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2cup1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (we use Chobani)
- 1cup1 cup spinach
- 1large1 large banana, peeled
- 1large1 large green apple, cored, peeled and chopped
- 2tablespoons2 tablespoons shaved coconut
- 1cup1 cup ice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Put the coconut milk, yogurt, spinach, banana, apple, coconut, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
