Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 1/2

    cup coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup 1/2

    cup plain Greek yogurt (we use Chobani)

  • 1 cup 1

    cup spinach

  • 1 large 1

    large banana, peeled

  • 1 large 1

    large green apple, cored, peeled and chopped

  • 2 tablespoons 2

    tablespoons shaved coconut

  • 1 cup 1

    cup ice

Directions

1. Put the coconut milk, yogurt, spinach, banana, apple, coconut, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
