Ingredients
- 20 dates, pitted
- 50 g shredded coconut
- 150 g toasted sesame seeds
- 4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp ginger
- 4 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tsp sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Process all ingredients in food processor
Shape into a roll, wrap in parchment paper place in ziplock bag
Freeze for 30 mins
Cut into bites and store in airtight container in fridge or freezee
