Ingredients
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 8 stalks celery chopped
- 2 cups onion diced
- 3/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 2 lbs Velveta cubed
- 1 cup diced jalapeno

Preparation
Step 1
cook all ingrediants except cheese and jalapenos on high heat for at least 10 min or until it thickens slightly and reduces slightly Remove from heat, and blend broth and cheese with blender until smooth. Add jalapenos. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and warm tortillas
