Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz) cans organic tomato paste
- 15-20 grape tomatoes, diced
- 3-4 leaves hearts of romaine, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 T cilantro
- 1 T garlic salt
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 3-4 cups almond or rice milk

Preparation
Step 1
Warm almond or rice milk in a saucepan over low heat.
In a separate pot, over medium-low heat, simmer tomato paste, tomatoes and chopped romaine for 5 minutes.
Add cilantro, garlic salt, cayenne pepper, cumin and black pepper. Stir until combined. Simmer for 5 more minutes.
Add warmed almond or rice milk and let simmer, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
