Ingredients
- 2 lbs veal, ground 3-4 times
- 6 strips bacon, chopped
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp each chopped fresh thyme, rosemary and sage
- 1/2 cup shelled, blanched pistachios

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients together well. Pack into 2 quart terrine. Bake for 1 hour. Slice and serve with curry mayonnaise and french bread.
